I'm Bhavesh Goyal, a software engineer with 3.5 years experience at JPMorgan Chase as an SDE II, where I built scalable systems and led impactful projects in data engineering. I'm passionate about solving real-world problems with code and have received multiple awards for my contributions. Soon, I’m be currently pursuing M.Eng in Computer Science Cornell University to deepen my focus in systems, finance, and AI.

At JPMorgan Chase, I led the design and development of high-impact systems, including probabilistic and deterministic ID-resolution engines, equity mapping pipelines, and ML-powered data lookup tools—each significantly improving speed and operational efficiency. I also architected cross-domain GraphQL APIs and decommissioned legacy pipelines with zero downtime, driving major gains in system performance and reliability.
I built robust monitoring and alerting systems using DataDog and Splunk, enabling early detection of critical data issues. By designing a distributed tracing system and integrating unique trace IDs across services, I significantly improved observability and reduced debugging time.
Created a neural network-based Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) model for shadow detection and removal, Optimized the GAN model to efficiently achieve real-time shadow removal in under 0.0757 seconds per image, This model has been leveraged in smartphones due to its real-time operations and no impact on the image quality
Developed a Sentiment Analysis Dashboard to identify impactful data by scraping and analysing real-time tweets. Trained an NLP model from scratch to analyze the tweets and highlight the most noteworthy and impactful words. Displayed all the above data in an interactive dashboard, stressing on the change of sentiment over time, graphically.
Combined object detection, stair counting, and emotion recognition via eye-tracking for real-world assistance, estimated the confidence levels of people interacting with visually impaired users by tracking their eye movements
Developed 'AutoCert', an intuitive dashboard using Streamlit and OCR to automate certificate generation from CSV, built a scalable platform to create and distribute certificates using templates and CSV data
Identified vacant spots and space adequacy using deep learning, integrated rental model for shared spaces
Built with the intention to make our society's homemakers independant, this web application built using Django framework allows independant homemarkers to register themselves and choose the dishes which they wish to continue and at what rate. The project also intents to help those students and employees who live far away from their home due to their education and work by giving them a chance to fullfill their craving for home-cooked food.
